ONLINE ASSISTANCE
Using a program called "logmein", installed on your computer allows us to see your screen, so you can watch us fix your computer or answer a question. No special configurations are required, and Logmein is free and only takes a short installation of the software. Using Logmein:
- Is only performed with your permission
- Is secured with 256bit encryption
- Saves you from having to bring the computer into the shop, or having us come out to your site
- Can result in a more timely repair
- Keep your down time to a minimum
